Kendriya Vidyalaya NTPC Kayamkulam (Affiliated to CBSE) started functioning on 28-07-1999 in Project sector under the sponsorship of NTPC, Kayamkulam mainly to cater the educational needs of the wards of the project employees. This Kendriya Vidyalaya along with other KVs strive to achieve the established objectives of it's parent body -Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS)  under the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, so as to
